If I could make one improvement it would be to clone Samuel. Not many things in this world are perfect—pizza crusts are too thin, pens run out of ink at the worst time but when it comes to customer service, Samuel at Lowe’s in Kill Devil Hills, NC is as close to perfection as it gets. Saying he goes “above and beyond feels like an understatement. He doesn’t just go the extra mile; he builds the road, paints the lines, and puts up the sign saying, “Samuel’s Service, Next Exit.” His attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help truly set him apart. If more people had Samuel’s work ethic, the world would be a better (and far more organized) place. Kudos to Samuel-thank you for being such a bright light in the Lowe’s experience!
