Shipping Information
We take great care in curating and preparing your fragrance consultation experience. Each order is meticulously assembled to ensure you receive high-quality samples that reflect the nuances of scent exploration. Our Shipping & Returns policy allows you to plan accordingly and understand your order’s journey. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We currently ship to the US and Canada. If you are outside these regions and wish to inquire about special accommodations, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery
All orders are shipped via UPS Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
All orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
Customers are responsible for tracking their package. We are not liable for lost or misplaced packages that have confirmed delivery.

Free Ground Shipping for orders $150+
Ground Shipping (1-5 days) – $10 Flat Rate
Hawaii Metro and Alaska Metro area Ground Shipping (7-11 days) – $40
CANADA – Standard Ground Shipping (4-8 days): $35
MEXICO – Standard Ground Shipping (4-8 days): $35
Returns & Refunds
Due to the highly personalized nature of our fragrance consultations and sample preparations, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges. Our process involves careful selection tailored to your preferences, ensuring a bespoke experience that cannot be resold or repurposed.
If you experience any issues with your order, such as damaged or missing items, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to assist you.
