Samuel Who works in the fragrance department has helped me twice now and both occasions were amazing.  This past time he went above and beyond to help me shop for my whole family.  He also helped me set up a Nordstrom card which was an easy process and am so grateful for.  I originally was only looking for help on pricing till after the holidays due to not having the funds available but, since he helped with the credit account I was able to get everyone everything.  He’s very knowledgable as well about all products.  I appreciate all the staff at Nordstrom they are always all so helpful and nice and I never wait to checkout!
