I hope you are doing well! I wanted to reach out to you and let you know of an amazing experience I had in the fragrance department. Samuel Sayre was quite literally the best associate I’ve experienced in a very long time, and he gave the Nordstrom service that is always expected. He reminded me of how it should feel when dealing with luxury goods. The full experience that he created after sitting me down at his beautify maintained table, and the information he was able to give was so helpful in deciding which products I could choose from. It was so enjoyable to learn about the product and how it fit specifically to my chemistry. Within 24 hours I was already back to purchase the $300 bottle because of how well I liked the product, and that being a product I never would have even tried without his recommendation.
Having worked in Service Experience, I find myself being overly critical of service no matter what store I go into, and I absolutely had to give him the praise that he deserves.
