I went to your Arden Fair store in Sacramento, California. The young man who assisted me in men’s furnishings, Samuel S., did an outstanding job of helping me select the items I had some to purchase. He also provided guidance toward other items I wasn’t initially there for, but when he brought the exceptional service value to my attention, it made sense to add them to my purchase.
Samuel was quite knowledgeable in a variety of areas (including footwear) but shone brightest in his expertise regarding fragrances. I’ve shopped for fragrance in many stores and his depth of knowledge stands out. Though acquiring a new fragrance was not on my agenda, Samuels guidance and insight lead me to a find I could not pass up. Oxford Bleu has become my new favorite.
I expect good customer service when shopping at Nordstrom; Samuel provided that and more. It is associates like Mr. Samuel S. who make the Nordstrom experience what it is, and keep me coming back.
