This is an interesting read. Intriguing for the customer and lower overhead for the brand. What of the sales people and the grief they’ll have explaining to Karen ‘this machine isn’t designed for that’ because the ridiculous questions won’t stop. We already know. Don’t get me started with what kinds of containers she’ll bring me to put a fragrance in, likely a plastic bag.
